Being charged $5.99 a month and then received email stating i owe you $28,00 on July 8th

I want to cnacel my account with you and why are you taking $5,99 out of my checking account and i did not order anything from you so why are you taking more money out of my checking account $28.00 on the 8th of JUly that is what the email stated you sent me i DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU CANCEL CANCEL

Online pmt will not go thru

I normally pay All of my bills between the 3rd of the month and the 5th of the month. Country or is not due until the 31st.

For the 2nd month in a row, I cannot complete my payment online.

I talked to a Country Door rep yest when I noticed that the pmt that II made has not gone through my bank yet. She stated she could take my pmt but there would be a $3.00 fee. I asked if she realized that online pmts are not going through? She said, yes, wed been having some problems with it.

I asked why she could not waive the fee. Since customers could not complete their transaction online. She repeated that she could not do that. So I refuse to pay the.fee and now my March 31st pmt still has not been made.

Im never late and Ive purchased a lot of items from Country Door. But this experience has me doubting that Ill purchase anything from CD again.

Wrong delivery

My order was mishandled by the delivery company, not by Country Door. Ann, our customer service rep was patient with my frustration.

She offered to replace my missing delivery, and was polite and understanding with, after I cancelled my reorder--even though she had spent about 15 minutes helping me solve the problem. I found this experience one of the FIRST competent, customer oriented exchanges since COVID impacted human interaction!!!

I order a gift and Address was wrong.

I realized the address was wrong & item shipped the first 2 customer reps were no help. 3rd time is the charm because I called 2 minutes after they opened and got Joseph.

He was helpful & reach out to management/shipping and was trying to correct the problem.

Order was intercepted, address corrected.

My identical twin will appreciate how hard this guy worked. What a wonderful reflection this employee has made for this company and customers. Thank you so much! Also company gives customers $10 gift from time to time.

The sister companys dont do that.

What a great way to show customer appreciate. Nothing bad to say here!!!

Defective clock un attractive

I just recived the label and I would like to know if we could shoot for pick up with fed ex for Saturday afternoon. As I tkld u in broke my ankle in 4 places and it is difficult to stay standing for a long amount of time I really did a number on it I had a diabetic seizure late in the night .

I needed to use the bathroom well I couldnt even get a chance to stay up for more than 5 seconds. I went down like a pancake as well as hearing this loud hugley loud crack sound i passed out had to have whole leg have rods and plates and several things to use it guess he did during surgery.

Can we schedule late afternoon on sat for fedex pick up. The more I stand without without walker the worst it gets Mark W WALKER SCHEDULING A PICK FOR SAT AFT IF POSSIBLE.109ROYAL PARK DR 4D

Everyone needs to be warned

Since my purchase in the beginning of June, I have had to contact CD numerous times as they continued to send me the USPO return slip (items too big for me to take to post office) waited 2-3 weeks for return labels 3 or 4x and they never sent the Fed Ex label. Then they promised to email me fed ex label.

Nope, still USPO. Finally a supervisor sent correct labels.

Now my return $ is not showing up in my account &;;;;;;;;;;; they are saying they issued the refund. Many calls later they say they just put a check in the mail

What a joke!

This company has horrible customer service! Rude, unwilling to make their wrong right!

Reported to my credit for a late payment, not to mention I ordered to overpriced chairs, paid for them and was charged again on their credit card plan, asking to get this resolved was a JOKE! Their so called supervisors must have gotten their managers license from a Cracker Jack box!

Never never again will I order from this company and I recommend no one does either! I own assisted living homes and decorate all the time, they have lost a good customer because of the way they run the business!

Shipment

First my comforter took a month to be shipped then the shipment date was 12/12/20 and when I checked to see it was shipped it now says it'll be shipped on 1/5/21. I really need my comforter and am happy it wasn't a Christmas gift. I'm very Leary about ordering again...
